Hi Ladies and Gents!
With the amount of bookings and enquiries coming through, we thought it would be a good idea to let you know how our booking system works
🌸 A deposit is required at the time of your booking, this can be paid via our website or bank transfer (this comes off the total cost of your appointment).
🌸 If your deposit (or receipt of deposit) hasn't been received within 24 hours, your booking will be released to clients waiting for appointments.
🌸 At least 24 hours notice is required should you wish to change or cancel your appointment.
🌸 Failing to provide 24 hours notice or failing to show up will result in loss of deposit.
🌸 Late arrival may result in a shorter appointment to prevent clients after you being inconvenienced.
